Iffat is an international speaker and an expert in developing senior leadership teams — focused on the conversations, relationships and behaviors that help people and teams perform at their best.
Drawing on deep managerial, business and entrepreneurial experience, she partners with leaders and entrepreneurs across industries and cultures, turning leadership principles into the everyday behaviors, decisions and conversations that move a business forward.
An active member and leader within Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), Iffat has served on the European Regional Council and held global leadership positions within the organization.
She is the creator of REAL Conversations, a methodology for surfacing what usually goes unspoken and building stronger, more effective relationships inside organizations — and the founder of The Focus Challenge, an international leadership experience translated into 10 languages and experienced by more than 200,000 participants worldwide.
Iffat holds a master's degree in Organizational Behavior from the Faculty of Management at Tel Aviv University and a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminology, and has conducted academic research on transformational leadership.
