Between 10 and 500 participants can join simultaneously, managed by a dedicated digital system.

What does the Focus Challenge look like?

Participants are divided into small teams. To achieve the goal, they collaborate on completing sophisticated tasks under time pressure, working with energy and enthusiasm.

What happens when time is up?

We facilitate a discussion reflecting on team successes, challenges, and how the experience relates to real-life organizational situations. The focus is on the key principles of Accountability, Big-picture thinking, and Collaboration (ABC).

How long does the Focus Challenge take?

The basic session lasts 1.5 to 2 hours, including the experience and debrief. If you opt for the Focus Masters Module, we continue with a half-day or full-day session for deeper exploration. The ABC model can be incorporated into a long-term leadership development program.
